Join thousands of women from all over New England for the 3rd Annual Women’s Health Expo, the area’s largest one-day event for women. This free Expo will give women of all ages a chance to enliven their body and spirit, leaving refreshed and energized. Stroll through the 20,000 square-foot exhibit area and visit with 160 vendors of unique products and services for women and families. Many vendors have interesting products to sample and purchase, so enjoy a day of shopping. Take advantage of a variety of free health screenings. Enjoy one of more than four dozen lectures and demonstrations happening throughout the day. Taste healthy food, relax with a massage, win prizes, and much more! There is fun for all ages—and it’s all free! As a bonus, the first 1,000 attendees receive a FREE TOTE BAG.

Free Child Care is provided for the Expo by the Sanford- Springvale YMCA. Parents utilizing child care services are welcome to park in the Expo lot at the YMCA. DIRECTIONS: FROM THE NORTH:
Take the Maine Turnpike to Exit 32, Biddeford. After the toll booth, turn right onto Route 111 (Carl Broggi Highway—which will change into Route 202 when you reach Alfred). After 15 miles you will reach Sanford and the Goodall Hospital campus.

FROM THE SOUTH:
Take the Maine Turnpike to Exit 19, Wells/Sanford. After the toll booth, Turn right onto Route 109 (Sanford Road & ME-9). Proceed 12.2 miles until you reach Sanford.

FROM NEW HAMPSHIRE:
Take Route 202 until you reach Sanford.

WHERE TO PARK:
Follow the signs once you enter Sanford. Complimentary Shuttle Bus Service is available from all Expo parking lots.
